　　導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)：1~15W/m·k，具有一定的柔韌性，優(yōu)良的絕緣性，壓縮性，表面天然的粘性，專門為利用縫隙傳遞熱量的設(shè)計(jì)方案生產(chǎn)，能夠填充縫隙，完成發(fā)熱部位與散熱部位間的熱傳遞。

　　導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)：1~6W/m·k，是一種高導(dǎo)熱絕緣有機(jī)硅材料，既有優(yōu)異的導(dǎo)熱性，能有效的降低界面熱阻，同時(shí)具有低油離度（趨向于零），耐高溫，耐水，臭氧，耐氣候老化等特點(diǎn)。

　　thermal conductivity: 1 ~ 6W / m · K, is a kind of high thermal conductivity insulating silicone material, which has excellent thermal conductivity, can effectively reduce the interface thermal resistance, and has the characteristics of low oil separation (tends to zero), high temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, etc.
