應用材料公司副總裁、AKT中國區總經理孫勝博士已確認出席2020中國國際OLED產業大會。

　　主講嘉賓簡介

　　孫勝博士現任應用材料公司副總裁，負責顯示產品與柔性技術事業群在中國的市場業務。

　　孫勝博士于1996年加入應用材料公司，時任顯示產品部工藝工程師。他曾參與應用材料公司數代化學氣相沉積 (CVD) 設備及工藝的開發工作，是日本主要顯示產品客戶的技術專家。2003年，孫勝博士開始負責中國市場顯示產品的業務與運營，同時協助技術市場工作，并出任中國區經理。他還曾參與光學微機電系統 (Opto-MEMS) 的開發工作，即利用半導體工藝將光電子器件集成于硅晶片。

　　2009年到2018年，孫勝博士在美國SunPower公司從事太陽能事業。期間他成功地將金剛線切片技術商業化，并將疊瓦模組技術拓展到年產2GW的量產規模，與此同時，他還在國內領導了數個太陽能電站開發與組件工廠擴建的合資項目。

　　孫勝博士擁有南京大學化學物理學士學位和美國阿克倫大學物理化學博士學位，其后又在科羅拉多州立大學從事博士后研究。

　　Dr. Sheng Sun is vice president of sales for Display and Flexible Technology at Applied Materials, where he is responsible for leading the group’s sales business in China.

　　Dr. Sun started his career at Applied Materials in 1996 as a process engineer for the company’s display products. He has worked on several generations of the company’s chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems and process development and was the key account technologist for major Japanese display customers. In 2003, he went on to lead the display business and operations in China supporting technical marketing and served as country manager for China. He also participated in Opto-MEMS development, which involves integrating optical electronic devices on a silicon wafer using semiconductor processes.

　　From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Sun was with SunPower Corporation, where he successfully commercialized diamond wire wafering technology, expanded shingled module technology to 2GW operation, and led several joint ventures in China in solar power plant development and module fab expansion.

　　Dr. Sun holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical physics from Nanjing University, a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Akron and carried out his postdoctoral research at Colorado State University.
